Dominique Normand is the Local Complaints and Service Quality Commissioner (LCSQC) for West Montreal Readaptation Centre (WMRC).

Ms. Normand, who has worked in rehabilitation for many years, reports directly to the WMRC Board of Directors. Her role is to analyse, investigate and render a decision on complaints received from users or their legal representatives. She may also assist users in the formulation of a complaint.
