Specialized services for families and significant others

The objective of these specialized services is to support parents and significant others in their efforts to facilitate the user's development and promote his/her integration.

When required, WMRC offers the following specialized support to families and significant others:

• Training sessions for parents that recognize and strengthen the skills necessary to stimulate the user's development and promote his/her integration
• Assistance in developing the family's support network
• Response to the need for specialized respite care and emergency temporary placement
