Our values

The people who work for non-institutional residential services at West Montreal Readaptation Centre (WMRC) consider family-type and intermediate resources to be essential partners.

Over the years, these resources have become a crucial link in the health and social services chain. WMRC recognizes this by offering resource managers the commitment, support and training they need to carry out their responsibilities.

In order to fulfil its mission, WMRC has developed service orientations based on social role valorization, social integration and participation, using a community-based approach.

How will you benefit?

  • the freedom to work from home
  • the value of working with a team of professionals
  • an interesting life experience
  • playing a valorizing and determining role in the lives of users and the community
  • possibility of tax-free revenue

We offer:

  • Basic and specialized training
  • Monitoring of users and the resource by WMRC non-institutional resource staff
  • Compensation determined by an intensity scale of necessary services, available at www.msss.gouv.qc.ca/documentation
