West Montreal Readaptation Centre (WMRC) employs a specialized clinical team comprised  of nurses, occupational therapists, a physiotherapist, a dietician and nurses specializing in severe behavioural disorders (TGC). In addition to providing nursing services to WMRC users, the team has the following responsibilities:

• providing clinical support to personnel and partners
• providing training to support personnel
• submitting recommendations pertaining to isolation and restraint measures
• purchasing habilitation and rehabilitation materials (occupational therapy, physiotherapy, etc.)
• managing programs to support physical adaptations
• developing, supporting and following-up of health services
• collaborating with TGC services
• collaborating on adaptive programming development
• offering consulting and collaborating on program development pertaining to TGC and pervasive development disorder (PDD) clientele
