Through West-End Access, WMRC and Miriam Home and Services cover a territory made up of four health and social service centres (CSSS) on the Island of Montreal:
- West Island Health and Social Services Centre (Baie-D’Urfé, Beaconsfield, Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Kirkland, L’Île-Bizard-Sainte-Geneviève, Pierrefonds-Roxboro, Pointe-Claire, Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Senneville)
- CSSS de Dorval-Lachine-LaSalle
- CSSS Cavendish (Côte-Saint-Luc, Hampstead, Montreal West, Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, Snowdon)
- CSSS de la Montagne (Côte-des-Neiges, Outremont, Ville-Marie, Ville-Mont-Royal, Westmount)
