The Department of Professional Services (DPS)

Led by departmental director Katherine Moxness, the  Department of Professional Services (DPS) is comprised of six main services:

Quality Evaluation (managed by Dennis Farley)

Planning, Programming, Research, Knowledge Transfer (managed by Marc Lanovaz)

Risk Management, Clinical Information and Services (managed by Sylvie Dugas)
Access Services (managed by Frank Vincelli)

Ultra-specialized Services  (managed by Marjorie Aunos)

Health Services (managed by Louise Epstein)

The DPS supports the centre in its quest for excellence and best practices. It also drives knowledge transfer and dissemination, bringing research and practice closer to front-line staff. It helps to define specialized services within the establishment, and provides guidelines and training to enhance staff competencies
