What to do if you are dissatisfied with a service
Firstly, discuss the situation frankly with either the caregiver, the staff, a professional or the head of readaptation concerned, as these individuals are primarily involved with the quality of the services offered to you. Often, this approach is sufficient to obtain satisfaction.
However, if you have tried this first step without success or if it does not appear to apply to your situation, you can make a complaint by following the establishment's complaints procedure.
Your complaint will be investigated by the local Complaints and Service Quality commissioner, who reports directly to the Board of Directors and whose functions are exclusively those related to the examination of complaints.
