How can I receive services?
In order to receive services from West Montreal Readaptation Centre (WMRC), you or your child must have had both of the following:
- a multidisciplinary evaluation indicating a psychological diagnosis of intellectual disability (ID) or pervasive developmental disorder (PDD)
- a referral from your local health and social services centre (CSSS), or second-line service provider (CRDP or CH).
Your CSSS can help you to receive an evaluation.
