Integrated Quality Management

In
fall 2010, WMRC provided training to its entire staff on its integrated quality management plan. The goals of the plan are to:

  • define the roles of all and internal and external committees pertaining to Quality and Risk Management
  • ensure accountability and coordination at all levels
  • set quality performance indicators for WMRC as an organization.

The WMRC Board of Directors must identify quality improvement as a strategic goal and ensure tools to assess the quality of services provided are in place. Data must be collected and analysed to ensure expected outcomes are met in a timely manner.
